| 2012-2013 is Revelation Science's 8th year of serving 9 - 12th grade home school students in the north Houston and surrounding areas. |
| Science is the window into the ‘awesomeness’ of our God! In 1997, the ICARE home school support group had a vision for students to have a forum in which to communicate visually and verbally what they learned while pursuing an in depth study of an area of science that enabled the student to learn more about their creator and of His creation. From this the Northside Science Fair was birthed, which became the Texas Regional Science Fair in 2007. Joey and Karen Garza are the administrators of the fair and extend their invitation to come and participate. The fair is open to K-12th grade home school students. The fair is set for April 6, 2013 (tentative) at Tomball College Beckendorf Conference Center in Tomball, Texas. Get involved and get registered!! If you are still unsure about participating, then make plans to come to the public viewing time so you and your students can learn more about participating and especially to interact with and encourage the exhibitors. The viewing time is generally 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm; however, please visit the web site for the most current information. On January 26, 2013 (tentative) we will hold our annual Science Fair Workshop for the whole family to attend. It is a hands-on time to learn how to put a project together from beginning to end. If you miss attending, visit the web site for the resource packet used at the workshop. It is available to download or to order a bound hard copy. Texas Regional Science Fair - web site |
